In January 1988 ANP (Dutch News Agency) reported that a Persian cat because of not having a nationality lose the prize in a competition!
“This red spotted Persian tomcat of the West-German Anette Stolz was shown yesterday in the national championship for purebred cats in Haarlem.
Because the tomcat did not possess the right nationality, the animal was not eligible for a prize. In total, about 400 cats took part in the contest.”

خبرگزاری سراسری هلند (آ.ان.پ) در یکی از گزارش‌های ژانویه 1988 خود خبر داد که یک گربه ایرانی در مسابقات گربه‌های خالص در شهر هارلم (هلند) بخت به‌دست آوردن جایزه را از دست داد! این وضعیت به این خاطر برای این گربه ایرانی پیش آمد که در مسابقات، وضعیت «ملیت» او روشن نشد.
در این مسابقات حدود چهارصد گربه شرکت کرده بودند و این گربه نیز از آلمان راهی مسابقه شده بود – شبکه ایرانیان هلند
